Whilst every endeavour is made to keep the nursery stock healthy and true to type and name, we are a wholesale nursery offering plants to the trade and it is accepted that our plants do not come with a specific guarantee as all planting carries inherent risks. Should any problems be experienced then we expect to be informed as soon as possible as we are committed to working in an ongoing partnership with our clients. No warranty expressed or implied is given to the growth or suitability of the plants supplied in regard to their ultimate locations, or treatment once they have left our premises. Manor Farm Nurseries liability is only limited to replacements of those plants, or a refund of the price paid.
Any claim for loss or damage must be made in writing within 7 days of the receipt of goods.
Unless otherwise agreed, where account facilities have been granted, payment shall be received within 28 days from the date of invoice. Payment of account balances by credit card will incur a 5% administration charge. Until full payment has been received all goods shall remain the property of Manor Farm Nurseries.
Once plants have been received and no complaint communicated within 7 days, then they will be deemed to have been accepted and the full invoice value will become due. Manor Farm Nurseries reserve the right to charge interest on outstanding balances at 5% per calendar month.
The giving or sending of an order constitutes acceptance of these terms by the purchaser. Cancellation of all or part of an order will incur a charge of 25% of the value of the order, to cover the cost of returning plants on to the nursery.

It is expected that our driver will be assisted with the unloading and checking of the plants.
Where Dutch Crates are taken from the nursery or left after a delivery; a charge will be made of £3.20 for shallow crates and £4.50 for deep ones. It will be the customer’s responsibility to return them to the nursery for credit.
We may on occasions have to use the word ‘NO’. Please do not take offence as this is intended to help ensure that we continue to offer a viable service to all our clients and is not made in a derogatory way.
